  • Warranty Period
    • Frame and Structure: 3 years of coverage for defects in the bed frame or structural components.
    • TV Mechanisms: 3 years of coverage for the motorized TV lift mechanism.
    • Upholstery: 1 year of coverage for fabric or leather upholstery against manufacturing defects.
  • Custom Satisfaction Guarantee: As each bed is custom-designed to your specifications, we ensure that your bed matches the agreed-upon design, size, and color before delivery. If any discrepancies arise, we will resolve the issue promptly to meet your expectations.

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Faulty TV lift mechanisms, such as motors or controllers.
  • Frame integrity, including broken or warped structures under normal use.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • General wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or fading due to prolonged use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly or installation not carried out by Comfy Sleeps Home professionals.
  • Changes in fabric or leather color due to exposure to sunlight or chemicals.
  • Any modifications or repairs not authorized by Comfy Sleeps Home.

How to Make a Claim

If you encounter an issue covered under our guarantee, please follow these steps:

Additional Terms
